The responsibility of the Board of Directors shall extend to:
- Determining the policy of the Corporation;
- Entering into contracts;
- Assuming an active role in development;
- Preparing the annual budget for submission to the Members;
- Confirming committee members and chairpersons;
- Electing the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Directors;
- Reporting to the Members of the Corporation at the annual meeting;
- Electing the Officers of the Corporation.
